Operations Manager

You are a skilled and experienced manager with a sound entrepreneurial and business track record in the private or voluntary sectors, looking to put your evangelical Christian faith into action in unlocking the potential of our business, buildings, finance and staff in Spitalfields, East London. We are aiming to appoint as soon as possible.

Christ Church is a lively growing Anglican church, situated in the vibrant community of Spitalfields on the edge of the City of London. The grade 1 listed church building draws many visitors, and is available as an events venue.

This post is open to lay and ordained applicants; the successful applicant would need to become a member of the congregation.

Our iconic Georgian church is open Sundays 1.00-4.00pm and Tuesdays 11am-4pm and we seek to have volunteers available on both days to welcome people to church and answer their questions. City Gateway Recruiting

City Gateway is a charity dedicated to bringing hope to the local communities of Tower Hamlets that haven't benefited from the area’s wider economic development. We look to connect with local women and disadvantaged young people, and run programmes which engage them, train them and provide them with the skills and opportunities they need to enter work or further education. We were set up by a group of City workers involved in local churches, keen to support the community around them.
